The normal cross section of a terminal determines the maximum cross section of the (rigid copper) conductors suitable
for the terminal. Unless stated otherwise by the manufacturer, the terminal will also be suitable for the next two
smaller cross sections, This means that a terminal with a cross section of 2,5 mm² is also suitable for 1.5 mm and
1 mm² conductors.
